We hate getting junk mail in our inbox too.  So we give you a chance to say what type of email you'd like to receive.  And we limit how often we mail.  If you mark opening or closing nights, you'll get one email for each show a few days before the appropriate night.  Season tickets are only sold at the beginning of the season, so there's only one mailing a season for that.  Auditions, orchestra, tech and backstage are usually once per show.  Director etc are done on an as-needed basis.
